We ship all orders from our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).

Order will be shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving your order confirmation during business days (not including public holidays). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with your tracking number and a tracking link.
Shipping times may vary but we work hard to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to customs clearance and duties which are the client responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14 day return policy. If you want to return or exchange an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of what you want to return, plus your order number, address and full name.
To be eligible for a return:
All returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, with all tags attached. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
We will not be held responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Please note that you are responsible of goods during this process.
Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
We prefer that all items are returned through our chosen return service distributor. However, you may return the goods by any transport company of your choice, but note that you will be liable in case of loss or damage.
To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label.
